It has been reported that the recently released AGEphone app for Android has a bug where the access code information disappears when the app looses connection with Brastel server.
The technicians are working on the problem at the moment and a updated version fixing this bug will be released as soon as possible.

/28[MAINTENANCE] Smart Pit and coupon payments delay
From June 26th (5pm) to 27th (0am) 2011 (Japan Time), a system failure has caused a delay in processing Brastel Card payments made through coupons and Smart Pit. After recovery, all payments have been processed normally.

/22[IMPORTANT] Information for customers living in Leopalace rooms
Aiming to improve the quality of our VoIP services (FLIP, Brastel Webphone and AGEphone app), we will perform changes in our system, which involves changes in the IP addresses of our servers.
Unfortunately, these changes (which take effect from October 1st 2011) will unable customers living in Leopalace apartments using LEONET Internet service to use our VoIP services.
We have contacted Leopalace regarding the changes but unfortunately the negotiations were unsuccessful.
If you are using a different Internet service, these changes will not affect Brastel services and you will still be able to use it.
