Calls to EMOBILE phones are free of charge, although if the number you are calling to was transferred by MNP (Mobile Number Portability), the call will not be connected. To place calls to those numbers, please use the 0091-20 prefix (regular calling fees will apply).
All calls, international and domestic, must be placed through Brastel’s 0091-20 prefix (except when calling to another Brastel Mobile or EMOBILE phone). Direct dialing, calls to collect call (106), telegraph (115), Dial Q2 (0990 prefixes), message service and Credit Tsuwa are not available.
Through Brastel Mobile it is not possible to access internet, send/receive emails.
