  • There are no subscription or service fees other than the domestic charges to one of the access points.
  • Use the service from any type of phone.
  • There is no need to be a Brastel customer to use it!


FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS!

Choose a room password (any 6-digit combination) and inform the other chat parties.
Call to one of the access phone numbers below and enter the chosen room password:

Osaka (06): 0 6 7 8 7 8 1 0 0 4
Nagoya: 0 5 2 7 6 6 1 0 0 4
Other areas: 0 5 0 6 8 6 8 1 0 0 4
Wait for the other participants to enter the room. They can join the chat by following step 2.
The service/session ends when the last participant leaves the room (hangs up the phone).

  • If you are calling from Tokyo (03), Osaka (06) or Nagoya, you may use the Free Less access number in your area. From other locations in Japan, use 050-6868-1004. Domestic carriers generally offer fixed rates to 050 numbers regardless of distance or time. For specific rates to a 050 number or other Free Less access numbers from your phone, please contact your domestic carrier. For FLIP users, the number 050-6868-1004 is free of charge.

  • Brastel is not responsible or liable for the contents of the users’ conversations and shall not be liable for any claim of loss, damage or any issue arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this service.

  • Brastel reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review or monitor the contents of the conversations.

  • As this is a service free of charge, Brastel shall in no event be held liable for any loss and damage arising out of/or in connection to any technical error, mistake, interruption, inaccuracy, omission, communication line failure or delay in the provision of the service.
