INTERNATIONAL RECHARGE SYSTEM

The International Recharge System enables you to recharge your family and friends' prepaid mobile phones overseas with credits from your Brastel Card in Japan!

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Brastel Card recharges made by credit card cannot be used for International Recharges. Please recharge your Brastel Card at convenience stores or authorized recharging points.
• International Recharges are processed instantly. Some recharges, however, may take up to 24 hours to be processed depending on the communication network between Brastel and each mobile phone carrier. If your party does not receive the recharge within 24 hours, please contact us for verification.
• If the International Recharge fails due to technical difficulties, the credits will be refunded to your Brastel Card. The refund process requires verification from the destination carrier and may take up to seven days to be completed. International Recharges are not refundable under any other circumstances.
• Consecutive International Recharges to the same destination number cannot be made within one hour.
• International Recharges made to the wrong destination mobile phone number cannot be refunded.
• The recharge values and/or their amount in yen may change without prior notice. 
• The validity period starts at the time the recharge is received by the destination mobile phone. When not specified, the validity period varies depending on the destination mobile phone carrier's system configuration. Please contact the carrier directly for further information.
• The International Recharge System may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance works without prior notice.
